Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Funa account and associated personal data. This is available even if you cannot sign in or your subscription has expired.

Support will verify ownership using existing account details, complete deletion within 30 days of verification, and email you when it is complete. Do not send passwords or PINs.

Deletion removes sign-in access, personal profile data and personal uploads that are no longer needed. Business owners will be contacted about closing their business or transferring ownership. Shared business records and records required for accounting, legal or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained; support will explain what is retained and why. Backups are removed through their normal retention cycle. This request does not immediately erase data or cancel a subscription.
