Mosaic POS Privacy Policy

Mosaic POS is a private business application provided for authorized Mosaic Vet Pharmacy staff. Alterity Enterprises Ltd operates and supports the application on behalf of the business.

Information the app processes

Depending on a staff member's permissions, the app may process:

• staff account identifiers, assigned roles and business locations;
• customer names, contact details and delivery or business addresses;
• sales, purchase history, receipts, collections, expenses and payment-method details;
• inventory, van-load, banking and reconciliation records;
• photos or documents that authorized staff attach as transaction or banking evidence; and
• technical sync information needed to keep offline work consistent with the business system.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide business functions such as recording sales, issuing receipts, managing stock, collecting payments, reconciling registers and van operations, producing reports, securing access and resolving synchronization problems.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-company tracking. Information may be handled by service providers that host or deliver the Mosaic service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls, or disclosed where required by law.

Storage and security

Access is restricted by staff PIN, role and location permissions. Data is sent to the Mosaic service over encrypted connections. Limited records may remain securely on a device while offline and are synchronized when connectivity returns. Records are retained according to the business's accounting, legal and operational requirements.

Your choices and requests

Customers and staff may ask the Mosaic business administrator to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable. Some transaction records must be retained to meet accounting or legal obligations.

Children

Mosaic POS is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
